The 24-hour reception staff were incredibly accommodating, seamlessly managing my late check-in with a gracious attitude that instantly put me at ease. The highlight of my stay was the restaurant, where the culinary delights, especially the chicken curry and chicken fried rice, were on par with the best culinary experiences I've had in Kerala; the presentation truly reflected world-class quality. the indoor swimming pool offered a perfect retreat, impeccably maintained and refreshing after a day of exploring nearby Athirippilly Falls. With comfortably modern amenities and attention to detail, Hydel Palace boasts an inviting atmosphere that makes it a standout choice for any traveler seeking both relaxation and adventure.
